Marketing

Marketing you can measure, run for you.

Instead of a hire, or alongside the team you have. I run the search, the advertising, the pages people land on and the measurement behind them, month to month against a written plan, and you see what came in, where it came from and what it cost on one page a month. Already have a marketer? I do the parts they don’t, and I stay out of the parts they do.

A one-page monthly report of sample figures: visits, enquiries, a bar chart by month and four notes on what to change next.

What I do

Five kinds of work. Usually two or three at once.

  • 01

    Search

Being found for the things you actually sell, in the places you actually serve. Technical fixes first, then content that answers real questions, then the monthly work that keeps it there.

  • 02

    Paid advertising

Google, Microsoft and Meta campaigns, built and run against a target cost per enquiry you agree in advance, and reported against it every month.

  • 03

    Landing pages

One page per campaign, built to be measured, with the form wired straight into your enquiries.

  • 04

    Measurement

Analytics, consent and lead capture set up so the numbers are real. If the tracking is wrong, everything downstream is wrong, so this comes first.

  • 05

    Audits

The full version of step one: your site, your listing, your competitors and your tracking, read in depth, with the numbers and a costed list of what to do. A fixed price, agreed in writing before it starts.

How it runs

Month to month, against a plan you have read.

  • A written plan

What I will do, in what order, and what I expect it to change. You agree it before the month starts.

  • One page a month

What came in, where from, what it cost, and what changes next. Read it in five minutes; ask about any line.

  • A written record

What I did, and when, is written down against your account, with the time it took. If you ask what was done, there is an answer, not a shrug.

  • Your systems, or mine

I work inside the website platform, the analytics and the advertising accounts you already have, as a user you invite. Where one of them holds the work back, the monthly page says so, and what it would take to change it.

The first month

What I do first, if you say yes.

  1. First, the numbers made true. I get into your analytics, your advertising accounts and your website platform and find out what is actually being measured. If the tracking is wrong I fix that before I touch anything else, because every decision after it depends on it.
  2. Then the read, and the plan. What is working, what is wasted, and what I would do in what order, written down with what I expect each thing to change. You read it and agree it; nothing in it starts until you have.
  3. Then the first changes. The things in the plan that pay back soonest, usually advertising that is spending without returning and the pages people land on. Each one goes in the written record against your account.
  4. At the end of the month, one page. What came in, where from, what it cost, and what changes next month. Then we decide together whether to carry on.

What I need from you

Access to the website platform, the analytics and the advertising accounts, and a say before anything goes live that touches them. Everything stays in your name: your accounts, your data, your domain.

What it costs

Priced by scope, agreed in writing before it starts.

An audit, a landing page, a campaign build, or running your marketing month to month: each is priced by its scope and agreed in writing before any of it starts. The monthly work is reviewed against the monthly page.

Start with a free quick look, or a conversation.

Send a link to your site and tell me what you are trying to get from it. The first thing back is a quick written look, not a pitch. If you want the full audit, I quote it first.
