For agencies

The thing you don’t do, done under your name.

For the agency that does its own work well and keeps being asked for the one thing it doesn’t do. I take that one thing, search, paid media, landing pages or a build, and do it under your name, at my rate, agreed before it starts. Your client sees you, and sees me only if you want them to. It tends to start with one channel and grow.

How it works

Five rules, and I keep them.

  • Your name, or mine: your call

Some agencies want me invisible. Then reports, dashboards, landing pages and emails carry your brand, and my name and domain stay off everything your client sees; where a platform’s own settings would show me, in an account’s user list for example, I tell you first. Others are happy to say they partner with Enhance New Media. Either works.

  • Your accounts, or the client’s

I work inside your client’s ad accounts and analytics as a user you invite, or set them up under your agency’s ownership. Either way, the client owns their data.

  • Priced before it starts

Ongoing work or a named one-off deliverable, each is priced by its scope and agreed in writing before any work starts.

  • A written record

What I did, and when, is written down against the account, with the time it took. When a client asks what was done, you have the answer.

  • Your clients stay yours

I will not pitch to your clients, while we work together or after. If one of them finds me on their own, I will tell you before anything else happens. Poaching a partner’s clients is bad manners and worse business.

Talk to me directly.

Say what you sell and what you would rather not do yourself. The reply comes from the person who would do the work.
